Returns + Shipping
We want you to love your purchase! If you find yourself unhappy with your order for any reason, please let us know. If you wish to return an item you have ordered, we are happy to accept returns or exchanges on items in their original condition (unworn and in original packaging) within 14 days of purchase. Return shipping charges will be the responsibility of the buyer.
Your refund will be processed once we have received the returned item and have ensured it’s in perfect condition. Items must be sent back to us within 30 days of delivery. Please include your name and order number, or original invoice with your return package.
If you would like to schedule a return, please email firstname.lastname@example.org. Once the product has been received and inspected we will issue a refund less shipping charges in the original payment method.
We ship products out by 3PM on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays.
Please let us know before placing your order if you are on a timeline. Additional fees may apply for rush items.
Because of our hand made and small batch nature, we create some of our products as they are ordered, so your item will be printed by hand and ready for shipment in 5-7 days. Our goal is a two business day turnaround for items in stock. This timeframe is prior to USPS scanning your package in to their system. Orders will ship USPS First Class, unless you chose expedited shipping. They usually take about 2-4 days to arrive at your doorstep after being shipped.
We typically ship via USPS First-Class shipping unless you select a different option at checkout. You do have the choice of shipping Priority.
First Class Mail typically takes 2-4 days to arrive across most of the United states, but can take 3-5 days for farther or more remote areas.
Unfortunately, we can't be responsible for lost or stolen packages, if this is a concern please contact us directly and we can get you set up with shipping insurance and/or signature confirmation.
